Delete your account
You can delete your account at any time, from the website or the app, without writing to us.
Your credits do not expire: you can use them as you wish for as long as your account stays open. Before deletion, your balance and its origin (free, subscription and purchased credits) are shown to you. If you confirm, the amounts you paid for your packs and subscriptions are refunded to the payment method used, within 14 days, minus the credits already used; free credits never add to the refund.
From your account
On the website: Profile, “My data” section. In the app: Account tab, “My data” section. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Without access to your account
If you can no longer sign in, write to privacy@feedima.com from the address linked to your account. Before deleting it, we let you know your credit balance. We answer within one month at most.
What is erased
- Your email address and display name: the address is replaced by an anonymous value and the account is permanently closed.
- Your birth data (date, time, place), deleted.
- The free text of your support requests and your comments.
- Your postal address, phone number and the first name printed on any ordered item.
- Your notification tokens and your browsing events.
What is kept, and why
Some data cannot be erased without putting us in breach: it is then kept without your identity, attached to an identifier that no longer designates anyone.
- Credit movements and invoices: ten years, accounting obligation (art. L123-22 of the French Commercial Code).
- Proof of consent to a purchase: it carries no personal data and serves to defend a payment dispute.
- The existence of your consultations, without their content: five years, dispute window.
- The refund owed on closure (amount and orders concerned, without any other data): ten years, with the accounting documents.
This is expressly allowed by the regulation (art. 17.3 GDPR): the right to erasure does not extend to what a legal obligation requires us to keep. Questions: privacy@feedima.com.
