Information on the processing and location of personal data is set out in the privacy policy.
Artificial intelligence
The services offered under the Féedima® brand rely on artificial intelligence systems. The digital experts with whom users interact are virtual characters: conversations are generated automatically and are not a consultation carried out by a human psychic.
The digital experts offered by Féedima® rely mainly on the Claude artificial intelligence models supplied by Anthropic. OpenAI may also handle the transcription of voice messages where this feature is not provided directly by the user's browser. Astrological calculations and card draws are carried out by Féedima's internal engine; artificial intelligence then formulates and presents the results.
Féedima implements safety and moderation measures intended to prevent uses that are unlawful, dangerous or contrary to the purpose of the service. Conversations with the digital experts may cover personal or sensitive subjects, without however constituting diagnoses, consultations or professional advice, in particular in the medical, psychological, legal or financial fields. The conditions and limits of use of the service and the measures that may be taken in the event of prohibited behaviour or sensitive situations are set out in the terms of use.
Intellectual property
The website and all the elements that make it up or are accessible through it, in particular the software, interfaces, texts, graphics, logos, distinctive signs, virtual characters, illustrations, images, animations, videos, voices, content, databases, business engine and technical elements, are, unless otherwise stated, the property of FEEDIMA SAS or are used by it with the necessary rights. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, extraction, exploitation or use, in whole or in part, of these elements without Féedima's prior authorisation is prohibited, subject to the exceptions provided by law.
The Féedima® trademark has been filed with the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) under number 5312739.
Personal data
FEEDIMA SAS processes personal data in the course of operating the website and providing its services. The purposes of the processing, their legal bases, the categories of data concerned, their recipients, the retention periods, any international transfers and the rights of data subjects are detailed in the privacy policy available on the website.
