Terms of use

Texts being finalised. The legal notice, the terms of use, the terms and conditions of sale and the privacy policy follow drafts from our legal counsel — except for a few articles drafted in-house and marked as such; the cookies page remains an in-house text pending approval. The publisher's identity shown on these pages is, however, real and up to date.

Version applicable from October 26, 2026.

These terms of use (the “Terms of Use”) govern access to and use of the Féedima® platform published by FEEDIMA SAS. For paid services, they supplement the terms and conditions of sale (the “Terms of Sale”) and work alongside the legal notice and the privacy policy.

Article 1 – Publisher identity

FEEDIMA SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with share capital of 10 000 €, whose registered office is located at 18 rue Masséna, 06000 Nice, France, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Nice under number 108 045 683.

Email address: contact@feedima.com

Féedima's full contact details are set out in the legal notice available on the platform.

Article 2 – Purpose – acceptance – contractual documents

These Terms of Use set out the conditions for accessing the Féedima® platform and for creating and using a user account, as well as the rules that apply to conversations with the digital experts and to the various features offered.

Accessing or using the platform means complying with these Terms of Use. When the user takes out a subscription, buys credits or orders a paid service, the Terms of Sale also apply.

In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Sale prevail on matters of price, payment, credits, subscription, withdrawal and refunds. These Terms of Use prevail on the rules for using the platform.

Article 3 – Access conditions – legal age

The service is reserved for natural persons aged at least eighteen (18).

The user declares that they are of legal age when creating their account. They undertake to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and not to create an account under the identity of a third party.

The account is strictly personal. The user may not transfer or lend their account to, or make it available to, a third party.

Féedima may take reasonable measures to verify compliance with the age requirement or to prevent fraudulent use, in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Article 4 – Account creation and security

The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to their account.

They inform Féedima without delay, at contact@feedima.com, of any compromise of their credentials, any unauthorised use or any anomaly affecting their account.

Féedima may request information reasonably necessary to secure the account and may temporarily suspend access where unusual activity or suspected fraud justifies it.

Article 5 – Nature of the service – digital experts – artificial intelligence

Féedima® is a digital entertainment and guidance service. The digital experts offered on the platform are virtual characters: the user interacts with an artificial intelligence system and not with a human psychic.

The digital experts mainly use the Claude model supplied by Anthropic. The privacy policy states the provider of each expert. OpenAI also handles the transcription of voice messages, where this is not performed directly by the browser. Astrological calculations and card draws are carried out by an engine internal to Féedima; artificial intelligence then formulates and presents the results.

The user is clearly informed that they are interacting with an artificial intelligence, at the latest during their first interaction with a digital expert.

Responses are generated automatically from, among other things, the information provided by the user, the context of the conversation, the service settings and the models used. They may vary for identical or similar requests.

The responses, interpretations and content generated constitute neither a certainty, nor a guaranteed prediction of a future event, nor a guarantee of results.

Article 6 – Purpose of the service and its limits

The service is intended solely for entertainment and guidance. It must not be used as a substitute for the help of a qualified professional.

Within its purpose of entertainment, guidance and support, Féedima® may address personal, romantic, family, professional, financial, health or psychological subjects. Generated content never replaces the help of a doctor, psychologist, lawyer, financial adviser or other qualified professional. The digital experts make no diagnosis, prescribe no treatment, guarantee no future event, and must neither create fear or dependence nor apply commercial pressure. The user must not delay or forgo consulting a competent professional because of generated content.

Generated content may contain approximations, errors, inconsistencies or unsuitable responses. The user remains responsible for how they interpret it and for the decisions they make.

In an emergency or where a person is at immediate risk, the user must contact the emergency services or the competent authorities directly and must not use Féedima® as an emergency assistance channel.

Article 7 – Information and content provided by the user

The user is free to choose the information they share during their conversations, subject to compliance with these Terms of Use. They are encouraged not to share needlessly sensitive information, or information about third parties, where it is not necessary for using the service.

The user warrants that they hold the rights and authorisations required for the content they submit and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

How conversations, voice messages, account information and other personal data are processed is described in the privacy policy.

Article 8 – Rules of use and prohibited conduct

The user undertakes to use Féedima® fairly, lawfully and in accordance with its purpose.

In particular, it is prohibited:

  • to use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or in a way that infringes the rights of others;
  • to impersonate a third party or use another person's account;
  • to attempt to circumvent the service's security, moderation or safeguard mechanisms;
  • to search for, test or exploit a vulnerability without Féedima's prior authorisation;
  • to disrupt the operation of the platform, introduce malicious software or access systems, data or accounts without authorisation;
  • to automate requests on a large scale, or to extract or collect data from the platform outside the features expressly authorised;
  • to reproduce, extract or exploit the platform's content, responses or elements in order to train, develop or feed a competing artificial intelligence system without Féedima's written authorisation;
  • to submit content that is manifestly unlawful, threatening or infringes the rights of others.

Prohibited in particular are requests or statements of a paedophilic nature or of a sexual nature involving minors, manifestly unlawful or dangerous content, serious threats, attempts to misuse the service maliciously, and serious insults or abusive behaviour, or such behaviour repeated despite a prior warning. The other technical and behavioural prohibitions set out in this article remain applicable.

Article 9 – Sensitive subjects – safeguards – interruption of a consultation

Féedima implements safeguards intended to limit uses incompatible with the purpose of the service and to detect certain sensitive subjects or behaviours.

Raising a sensitive subject does not, in itself, justify interrupting a consultation. The digital expert takes the context into account and may ask for clarification, decline a particular answer or suggest turning to a competent professional. Where there is a serious or immediate risk to the user or a third party, it stops the guidance on the subject concerned and gives priority to a safety message and to directing the user to a suitable professional or emergency service.

Forced closure of a consultation is reserved for serious breaches of the rules of use, in particular the behaviour referred to in the article “Rules of use and prohibited conduct”. In the event of an exceptional closure for a serious breach attributable to the user, the credits committed or consumed for that consultation remain with Féedima and are not re-credited, subject to the applicable mandatory provisions. This measure does not automatically lead to the closure of the account, which is governed by the article “Account suspension and closure” and by the Terms of Sale. The automated mechanisms do not guarantee that every sensitive situation will be detected and are not an emergency service.

Article 10 – Internal alerts – human review – reporting

Certain serious situations detected under the safety rules may, depending on the settings actually implemented by Féedima, give rise to an internal alert and to a review by an authorised person. This processing is described in the privacy policy.

The purpose of this review is to check the situation, ensure the security and integrity of the service and, where circumstances and the law allow or require it, decide on the appropriate follow-up.

Féedima may pass information to the competent authorities only where a legal basis allows it or a legal obligation requires it. These Terms of Use create no general obligation for Féedima to monitor conversations or to report every situation brought to its attention.

The categories of data that may be reviewed, the authorised persons, the retention periods, the legal bases and the conditions for any disclosure to third parties or authorities are set out in the privacy policy.

Article 12 – Availability – maintenance – changes

Féedima uses reasonable means to keep the platform running and available. Access may nevertheless be temporarily affected by maintenance operations, updates, technical incidents, work by service providers or events beyond Féedima's control.

Where reasonably possible, Féedima endeavours to inform users of planned maintenance operations likely to cause significant unavailability.

Féedima may change the interface, features, digital experts, models or technical arrangements of the service, subject to its contractual and legal obligations.

The service is designed to work with the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari. The minimum versions currently supported are Chrome 111, Edge 111, Firefox 128 and Safari 16.4. On iPhone and iPad, iOS 16.4 or later is required. Using voice messages requires permission to access the microphone; if it is refused, text input remains available. Féedima does not guarantee any particular interoperability with browser extensions or third-party tools beyond the web accessibility standards implemented.

Article 13 – Intellectual property

The platform, its structure, interface, software, databases, business engine, texts, graphics, trademarks, logos, characters, visual universes and, more generally, the protected elements that make it up are the property of Féedima or are used by it with the authorisation of their owners.

The user is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the platform for their private needs in accordance with these Terms of Use. No intellectual property right is assigned to them.

Unless permitted by law or authorised in writing by Féedima, the substantial reproduction, extraction, reuse, distribution, commercialisation, adaptation or decompilation of the platform's elements, or any exploitation beyond normally permitted use, is prohibited.

The Féedima® trademark has been filed with the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI).

Article 14 – Account suspension and closure

Suspending a feature, interrupting a consultation and suspending or closing the account are distinct measures. Féedima may temporarily suspend access to the account for reasons of security, fraud, non-payment, serious or repeated breach of these Terms of Use or the Terms of Sale, infringement of third-party rights or risk to the integrity of the platform.

Where the nature and seriousness of the breach justify it, Féedima may close the account in a proportionate manner. Except in an emergency, in case of fraud or security risk, or where the law prevents it, the user is informed of the reason for the measure and, where the situation can be remedied, of the steps they can take to do so. The mere mention of a sensitive subject does not justify such a measure.

The measures taken are proportionate to the nature of the breach and do not affect the consumer's mandatory rights.

What happens to credits, subscriptions and any sums due when the account is closed is governed exclusively by the Terms of Sale, in particular their articles “Credits and services”, “Responsible use and user protection” and “Account suspension and closure”. Credits already consumed in return for services actually provided are not re-credited, subject to the consumer's mandatory rights. What happens to credits purchased separately and not consumed is determined according to their origin and the refund rules set out in the Terms of Sale.

Article 15 – Liability

Féedima is liable for the performance of its obligations under the conditions provided by law. No provision of these Terms of Use is intended to exclude or limit a mandatory right of the user.

Given the probabilistic nature of artificial intelligence systems, Féedima does not guarantee the factual accuracy, completeness or relevance of every piece of generated content for a particular situation.

Féedima is not responsible for malfunctions attributable solely to the user's device, internet connection, browser or equipment, nor for third-party services over which it has no control, except where the law places such liability on it.

No limitation of liability applies in the event of personal injury, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or where a mandatory provision prohibits it.

Article 16 – Personal data – cookies

The processing of personal data carried out on the platform is described in the Féedima® privacy policy, available on the platform.

This policy sets out in particular the categories of data processed, the purposes and legal bases, the recipients and processors, the retention periods, any international transfers, the processing linked to internal alerts and the rights of data subjects.

For any request concerning personal data: privacy@feedima.com

Where trackers or similar technologies requiring consent are used, they are placed and read in accordance with the applicable regulations and with the choices expressed by the user (cookie management).

Article 17 – Changes to the Terms of Use

Féedima may amend these Terms of Use, in particular to reflect a change in the service, its features, its security measures or the applicable regulations.

Where an amendment substantially affects the conditions of use of a service in progress, the user is informed in advance within a reasonable time, where the regulations or the nature of the amendment so require.

The applicable version is the one available on the platform on the date of the use concerned, subject to acquired rights and applicable mandatory provisions.

Article 18 – Governing law – disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. For users residing in another country, this choice does not deprive them of the mandatory protective provisions they enjoy under the law that would apply in the absence of this choice.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. Where the user is a consumer, the rules on complaints and mediation are set out in the Terms of Sale. The user retains the right to bring the matter before any competent court under the mandatory rules that apply to them.

Article 19 – Entire agreement – partial invalidity – no waiver

These Terms of Use, the Terms of Sale where applicable, the legal notice and the privacy policy are the legal documents governing use of the platform, each according to its own purpose.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held invalid, unenforceable or ineffective, the other provisions remain applicable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The fact that Féedima or the user does not rely on a right or a breach on a given occasion does not amount to a waiver of the right to rely on it later.

Article 20 – Contact

For any question about using the platform or about these Terms of Use, the user can contact Féedima at the following email address: contact@feedima.com
